Peter and Rhonda are wonderful hosts. Clean honest motel rooms. We had a great stay over the long weekend.
Lovely rooms and lovely people. Clean, well priced, well presented and maintained. Great location close to beach, great surf and pier fishing, and state forest walking tracks. We'll be back for sure!
A warm receptionn in this cosy country motel. Very well maintained, older style furnishings in spotless condition. Thought and care apparent in so many small features. It really is the little things that count like breakfast delivered to your room on a cold morning on warm plates, fresh milk in a jug in the fridge, arriving back at your room in the evening to find your bed made and the heating turned on. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Wonderful service, old fashioned but sparklingly clean rooms. Centrally located. Real milk in the fridge. Fantastic breakfast served in room. Loved it!
It was a great motel to stay in. We did want a room for 4 adults which they didn't have (we booked only an hour or so before we got there) but they provided us with 2 rooms next door to each other. The rooms are a bit dated but still bright and clean they had a toaster, kettle and one room had a microwave. You could order yummy breakfast and they delivered it to your room through a little window in your wall, straight onto your bench. One of the rooms had a couch and a double bed and the other had a single bed a double bed and an armchair. They also had and extension lead with power board for 4 plugs on each bedside table, which I thought was a good idea for charging phone's and devices. I also likes that there was so many towel racks and hooks in the bathroom there was plenty of space to hang things up unlike some other places I've stayed in. They were only little things but I think they make a difference. There is a swimming pool that is gated and has chairs around it. The only downside was the bathroom door in my room kept sliding open. But I was staying on my own while the other three were next door, so it didn't really matter. The configuration of the bathroom was a little odd too. Somebody could easily walk in on you while you're using the toilet and you couldn't reach to shut the door. But only a minor problem.
